Want to thank Bob, and Phil, for completing our “final phase “, of an ongoing sewer problem, in a timely, and professional manner. This is the 3rd time we have used DD services, and cannot be more pleased, both with the work, but the ease of communication. Thanks again for your outstanding commitment, in completing this problem.

Recently we had some large Photinia bushes that were diseased and we wanted to remove them. Their root systems were perilously close to the water lines that service the five neighbors behinds us. Our plan was to pull them out with a chain fastened to a pickup truck. Bob patiently explained how to monitor the water meters to make sure we didn’t damage the pipes as we pulled the bushes out. He gave us his mobile number and was essentially “on call” on a Saturday in case we ran into trouble.
Now that’s service above and beyond! Thank you Bob!
Twice now we’ve called The Drain Doctors for help.
The first was when the pump on the cistern died and later when the sewer line got plugged. Both times they were punctual, explained what the problem was, what needed to be done to fix the problem, and charged exactly what they said it was going to cost. When they were done with the job they cleaned up after themselves. I have complete confidence that when I need a job done right with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion The Drain Doctors are the people to call for all my plumbing needs.

I found them on Yelp and called them because they had a high rating. They came out and gave a very fair estimate which made me trust them immediately. They explained everything and stayed as long I needed to answer any questions I had which made me feel confident in their work. I had an immediate need as my water line was shut off and they accommodated me very quickly being very concerned about my living situation with having no water. I really appreciated the care they gave. I got scheduled right away, they came out and did the work brilliantly. They were professional, friendly and did an excellent job. After trenching and installing a new line, they left the area even nicer than it was when they got there. I would absolutely use them again and would highly recommend them. It’s nice to have contractors that you can trust and who really care about their clients. Drain Doctors definitely put their clients first. I am really happy with the work they did for me.
